EZfeed™ is a Windows® based feed management program. EZfeed provides managers of feeding operations with an excellent tool to manage inventories, deliveries, rations and feeders with a highly accurate, simple to use system.
How the program works
EZfeed takes feed management to a new level simplifying and increasing its efficiency by integrating the power of a Windows computer at the feeding level, with an easy to use program that stimulates improved performance. Simply enter your feed ingredients, rations, pens, into the desktop program, transfer the information to the handheld computer and you are ready to feed.
During the loading process the scale indicator displays the ingredient name to be loaded, along with their weight to be loaded. After loading the scale indicator displays the pens to be fed as well as the amount to be unloaded. During this process EZfeed facilitates and captures detailed information that is critical to managing and monitoring ingredients, rations, cattle, feeders, and equipment.

*** Consistency in feeding, mixing and delivery can be one of the greatest tools to increasing production, health and feed efficiency!
- Overcomes one of greatest obstacles to nutrition by making the three rations that commonly happen on a feeding operation become one (the nutritionists, the managers and the one that gets fed).
- Facilitates consistency between feeders by requiring them to follow all the same procedures. To help maintain consistency of the ration EZfeed allows for mixing pauses to be controlled by individual ingredient, ration, load or pen.
- Provides multiple options for feeding cattle. You can create scripted or pre-defined loads or feed by ration with "Flex loads". For larger operations separate lists of loads or rations can be created for separate feeding areas or responsibilities.
- Refusal / weighback / pushout can be easily handled through weighing or manually entering estimating amounts. Target amounts and percent refusal is displayed for feeders as it is weighed or entered allowing them to make accurate bunk adjustments.
- Correct ingredient dry matters are extremely critical to maintaining accurate rations. EZfeed provides multiple ways to handle this in a timely and accurate manner.
- Immediate feedback to feeders on their performance at the mixer level stimulates improved performance and job satisfaction.
- Providing historical information at the feeding level enables feeders to make accurate educated decisions and bunk adjustments.

- Computer on the mixer provides immediate feedback to feeders on their performance and the mixer level which stimulates improved performance.
- Scale information is collected and flags any attempts by feeds to cheat the system.
