SmartBolus® Integrated with DHI-Plus® Temperature and Motion Software

TenXsys, Inc, has developed a SmartBolus® which records the internal body temperature in a cow’s reticulum as well as her motion activity. These observations are then transmitted from inside the cow to the computer in the dairy office. DHI-Provo has developed a DHI-Plus® Temperature and Motion software program to analyze the data and provide management alerts for cows with high or low temperature and high or low activity.
