Consultants and producers need to download, complete, and send the DHI-Provo Record Release form to to DHI-Provo in order to release a producers records for consultation purposes.

Microsoft Requirements

The DHI-Plus software will run on computers with Microsoft Windows XP or higher. Prior to installing the DHI-Plus software for the first time on a computer, check to see if the following requirements from Microsoft are already installed on your computer: More Details >>

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher. Most computers will already have this installed. (Note: Having all of the Microsoft .NET Framework items listed below is not necessary, but version 2.0 or higher needs to be on the computer.)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86)

To see if these items are already installed on the computer, click Start / Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs. (These steps may vary depending upon which version of the Windows operating system in on the computer.)
